Apple cake and mascarpone
Good, despite all my occupations, courses, files etc. .. I managed to make a cake .... It is not yet unmoulded because it comes out of the oven, but it has me super soft and light. 3 apples (replaced by pears that I cut into cubes ...).
3 eggs .100 g sugar. 250 mascarpone.150 flour.1 sachet yeast. butter for the mold.
1/Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture whitens.
p>2/Add the mascarpone and mix with a whisk until you get a homogeneous preparation.
Add the flour and the yeast and mix energetically. I have to add one or two spoonfuls of milk to facilitate mixing. 3/Mount the egg whites into the snow and gently add them to the dough. Butter the pan and pour it into the preparation.
4/Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th6)
5/Pelez apples, remove the cores and cut 1 cm thick slices. Spread them in a rosette on the dough and bake for 30 minutes.
